The Quebec Basketball Federation has named Pascal Jobin as Co-ordinator of Training and Events.
Jobin, who has played and coached at every level, will be in charge of training and certification of coaches across the province. He will also be in charge of QBF events.
"Pascal is dynamic and passionate and will bring a breath of fresh air to the Federation," said director-general Daniel Grimard.
"We are very happy that the larger basketball community will profit from (his) experience and knowledge."
Jobin has been involved with the Federation for nearly 25 years as a player and coach, most recently as coach of the U17 Quebec team.
He has known nothing but success recently, capturing gold at the 2008 Nationals as well as the 2009 Canada Games.
