TOP 10 GUARDS

1. Maurice Joseph, 6-4 guard, 3rd year, Champlain St. Lambert
Best guard in Canada. Top 70 player in North America. Sky's the limit.

2. Jean-Francois Beaulieu, 6-2 guard, 2nd year, Montmorency
CEGEP AAA Rookie of the Year is set to dominate. No one will outwork him.

3. Chris Warner, 6-0 guard, 2nd year, Dawson
CEGEP's most athletic guard. Came on strong in provincials. Unguardable when shot is falling.

 Joseph.

4. Etienne Labrecque 6-5 guard, 2nd year, Montmorency
Finally arrived as a star in summer-league play. Could be scary with height, handles, shooting skills.

5. Dominic Savard, 6-0 guard, 2nd year, Ste-Foy
May be league's most underrated player. Great shooter, good scorer, solid penetrator.

6. James Lee, 6-4 guard, 4th year, Vanier
Wiry shooter could light it up with top players gone. Solid AAU scorer last two summers.

7. Adrian Sapp, 6-0 guard, 2nd year, Vanier
Awesome athlete, solid passer/defender will be asked to lead young Vanier squad.

Beaulieu.

8. Matthew Thornhill, 6-4 guard, 2nd year, Dawson
Solid rookie season, and will be asked to use his shooting and scoring ability to keep Dawson in top 4 this year.

9. Steve Alexandre, 6-0 guard, 1st year, Montmorency.
Primed to be one of CEGEP's top point guards. A top Rookie of the Year candidate.

10. Nick Pronovost, 6-2 guard, 3rd year, John Abbott
Underrated scorer who could put up big numbers during Abbott's rebuilding process.

HONOURABLE MENTION
Ibrahim Bamba, 5-9 guard, 3rd year, Montmorency
Bruny Surin's body, and he's got game, too.

TOP 10 FORWARDS

1. Luckern Dieu, 6-3 forward, Dawson
Fourth-year returning CEGEP All-Star had super scoring summer for Brookwood. Runs floor, dominates inside. All-Canadian candidate.

2. Max Paulhus-Gosselin, 6-5 forward, 3rd year, Champlain St. Lambert
League's best defender and top-notch athlete will be asked to take a more active role in the offense.

3. Sebastien Salois, 6-5 forward, 3rd year, Montmorency
Lefty bomber had a great summer at Sun Youth. He could put up big scoring numbers this season.

4. Ali Kanaan, 6-9 centre, 2nd year, Montmorency
Defended and rebounded like mad last summer. When his offense catches up, watch out.

5. Greg Page, 6-5 guard/forward, 1st year, Vanier
Muscular Rookie of the Year front-runner has impressive perimeter shot for a man his size. Lit up Orlando Super Showcase. Must remain aggressive to be an instant star.

6. Marc D'Agostino, 6-7 forward, 2nd year, Vanier
Can dunk off the bounce, hit the mid-range jumper and rebound. Needs to be more aggressive.

7. Francois-Olivier Hebert, 6-5 forward, 2nd year, Ste-Foy
Great footwork in the post and a strong work ethic make him tough to handle.

8. Matt Pellerin, 6-8 forward, 2nd year, Dawson
Rare combination of size and mid-range shooting. Must get stronger and expand his offensive game.

9. Jaime Robinson, 6-5 forward, Dawson

Vanier transfer has athleticism, length and perimeter skills. Will probably be a starter.

10. Louis-Philippe Lagredelle, 6-5 forward, 3rd year, Edouard-Montpetit
One of league's best athletes, this raw shotblocker/rebounder is poised for a breakthrough as Edouard's best player.

Thornhill.

Labrecque.

Salois.

Paulhus-Gosselin.

D'Agostino.
