Lowdown

Les Dynamiques have arrived as a program. 

They showed dominance in winning a provincial championship, but suffered something of a letdown at the Nationals, where they finished fourth despite being the favourites. 

Now they'll have to continue without superstar forward Myriam Lamarre, presenting them with the first real test of their dynasty.

Guards

Chantal Vachon-Marceau is the catalyst. There may not be a tougher player in the league, and she's also a returning first-team All-Star. She'll get help from Marie-Pier Lavoie, a rising all-around talent. The recruits will have to fill out the rest of this unit, but don't count out those young Ste-Foy rookies.

Forwards

The league's best frontcourt suffers a blow with the loss of Myriam Lamarre, who is out with a knee injury. Inside players Caroline Bourque, Marie-Michelle Genois and Marie-Ève Douville are all big and talented.
