Lowdown

The Cheetahs finished last season ranked 15th in the country. Expect them to go even higher this year. It's hard to go wrong with Dranadia Roc, the best player in the country. But Coach Chantal Vallee says Vanier won't be a one-woman gang. 

Guards

Roc is back for a third year after initially committing to St. Bonaventure, but Vanier fans won't complain. This scorer-athlete is the only CEGEP player ever to make the National Team, so you can bet she'll be unguardable in league play.

Brigitte Martinez is back to run the offense after a one-year hiatus, and the talented trio of Stephanie Arseneault, Ebony Morris and Ingrid Gilbert make this a deep squad.

Forwards

Post Caroline Hebert surprised her teammates by coming back for a fourth year. She has the inside skills to make up for the loss of post Fabienne Bain. Her height, and that of teammate Heather Eason, will create matchup problems for many teams.
